In Dubai, a desert safari tour means a group of 4 x 4 driving on the biggest sand dunes you ever laid eyes on! A roller coaster in the desert, quite fun! And that is what we did. Then all the cars will drive to the middle of the desert where a barbecue awaits with a belly dancer.

New Year Resolutions:

Hope everybody had a great blast!
We slept a bit too early, we are still not sure whether it was gaz or the food.
Anyways, Michael officially stopped smoking! Yes, he did it and we are working on it so hard chasing the temptations and all by exercising and doing a million things at once just to get distracted, Ouf! I think I need to catch my breath!
As everyone in this world, every year we all want to stop nasty habits, be a better person and have more love and happiness in our lives, I think that is brilliant!
I will try to be less neat and organized ( perhaps), be a better person and maybe a better chef!
In other words, more relaxed and let things flow smoothly.

Mountain Biking on the Omani Borders:

We had a few days off so we decided to head for the Omani mountains looking for some bike tracks to have fun. The view was amazing and the work was quite hard and difficult. Nevertheless, we had so much fun. It is a deserted place, noone for miles except for a few goats and camels.

New Year's Day:

Hello Everyone and happy New year!!
We experienced the first drops of rain this year and a magnificient rainbow along with visitors (birds) on the balcony who were not shy at all whatsoever.







Our evening was quite pleasant and a bit chilly, temperature was under 30 degrees Celsius, yes you heard Celsius, it was cooolldd!
