National Geographic Behind the Scenes:

Life in Full Throttle:

It has been hectic! HECTIC I say! I am only glad I don't work full time. I really don't know how some people do it.
Between school drop offs and pick ups, going to work for full 4 days and cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc...not to mention Skye's project every week, a musical instrument made of recyclable items, practicing our reading, maths, swimming, French, science project, and the list goes on! Ouf! my head is spinning.

So I said bravely, let's skip cooking today and go next door to that Italian place. Great , brilliant was the response. And off we went, on a Tuesday evening to get there and only to find out that they were having technical difficulties in the kitchen and that the place has shutt down for today.
How angry was I inside!? AaaaaHHHH!

Breathe in and out! Hold on to your hats I said to Skye and off we went twirling in the aisles of the supermarket shopping for our dinner. We ended up making a delicious mushroom and chicken fettuccine which was nicely enjoyed but quite late in the evening.
